Notes and Photos of Irrigation
|
This page is not so much of a show-and-tell as it is a documentation of the Irrigation Plumbing in the front yard Originally, the lawn had surface sprinklers in the narrow top area and rainbirds at the corners of the large lawn area drip irrigation for the hanging planters under the eaves of the inner area drip in the brick planter under the bedroom window and one unused valve for future use |
The new drip irrigation utilizes the existing
valves and previous
piping as much as possible The unused sections of the old piping have been abandoned in place Valve #1 (left-most) was the spare valve. It now waters pots along the east side fence Valve #2 is not changed, waters the pots on the brick planter Valve #3 nakes use of the old piping alongside the garage to water box #3 Valve #4 uses the old piping near the upper sidewalk to water boxes #4 & #5 Valve #5 uses the old north-east corner rainbird piping of the old lawn to water boxes #1 & #2 As always, taking photos was an afterthought, I should have taken more to document the piping |
